Pre-order items are those that cannot be shipped immediately because they must be ordered in advance from suppliers. Pre-ordered items are not guaranteed due to limited stocks from suppliers. If ISEKAI fails to procure the item, we will implement the Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund Policy for pre-orders.

Steps in Placing Pre-orders

1. Browse our pre-order library. Items available for pre-order are marked with a "Pre-order" label at the upper-left corner of the item's image.

2. Add your pre-order items to cart. For figures, you have an option to pay the item in full or partial. If Price will reflect the applicable partial/full payment for the item that will be paid upon checkout.

3. Before checking out, you will need to agree on our Terms of Service to proceed.

4. After selecting checkout, you will need to enter your basic information and if you have paid in full, the shipping option will be available for you to choose. For items paid partially, the shipping option will not appear and will only be available upon full payment.

5. Once the transaction has completed, you will receive an e-mail notifying you that your order has been placed, but this doesn't mean that your order has been confirmed as we will confirm first the item's allocation from the supplier.

IMPORTANT: Pre-ordered items are not guaranteed due to limited stocks from suppliers. If ISEKAI fails to procure the item, we will implement the Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund Policyfor pre-orders.

6. It will take a few days to a few weeks before we can confirm the item's allocation from our supplier and once we have the confirmation, we will be sending a pre-order status via e-mail that your pre-order item has been "Confirmed". If you placed different pre-order items in one order, you will receive confirmation for each individual item.

If you have paid in full, skip to Step 8.

7. Once the confirmation has been sent and if you have paid the item in partial, you will be receiving the next pre-order status "Awaiting Full Payment" to let you know that you can now settle your remaining balance. The e-mail will arrive a month before the Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the item and you only have several weeks to do so. To settle your balances, login to the ISEKAI website and proceed to your My Account page. Your balances will appear on the page including the order details and order history. Select "Pay Now" and you will be redirected to checkout where you can now select a shipping option and complete your transaction. After completing payment, a pre-order status update will be sent to your e-mail notifying you that the order has been "Paid".

8. Wait for the item to be released globally. You can check the item's release date on the product page on the website. Since the item will come from overseas, it will take a couple of weeks to a month before it arrives to our warehouse.

9. You will be receiving a pre-order status update "Item Ready for Delivery" once the item has arrived to our warehouse. You have only 48 hours from the time of e-mail receipt for you to make any request such as change of delivery address, contact information and etc. For such requests, please contact our customer care.

10. Your pre-order item will be processed for delivery after the 48-hour grace period for requests and any requests beyond the allotted time will not be entertained.

11. Once the item has been delivered, the final pre-order status through e-mail will be sent notifying you that your item has been "Delivered".

Shipping Procedure for Pre-orders

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct when asked before proceeding further.

Delivery options will be shown depending on your delivery address. In any case the delivery address is not serviceable by the selected shipping courier, we will opt to use another courier. Any changes including differences to the shipping amount incurred by the new courier will be communicated by ISEKAI before the shipment of the item.

Pre-order Policy for Books

Quantity: For books, maximum of 3 pieces for the same item (same title AND same volume #) is allowed. If the books are of the same title but with different volume numbers (e.g., My Hero Academia manga volumes 1, 2, 3) these will be considered as different items.

Payment: Full payment is required. For payment options, please refer to our Payment and Receipt Policy.

Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund: Cancellation for exchange or refund is only applicable for cancellation request under the conditions and grounds set in our Cancellation, Return, Exhange and Refund Policy for pre-orders. If the customer opts to cancel his/her pre-order on his/her own will and/or the reason for cancellation, refund or exchange doesn't fall under the conditions and grounds set for pre-orders, any amount paid to ISEKAI will NOT be refunded.

Pre-order Policy for Non-Books

Quantity: For non-books, customers are limited to 2 pieces of the same item in one pre-order period.

Payment: Requires 30% initial down payment of the full amount (indicated on the item’s product page). One-time full amount payment is also an option. Prices of non-books are inclusive of 12% VAT. For payment options and other information, please refer to our Payment and Receipt Policy.

Notifications will be sent through e-mail once the item has been confirmed and alerts the customer to settle the full payment. The customer must pay the remaining balance which is indicated in the customer’s ‘My Account’ page on the website.

If the customer does not pay the remaining balance within the said time frame as indicated in the e-mail, the order will be forfeited. In this case, the previously paid 30% down payment will not be refunded to the customer as an inconvenience charge for the cancellation.

Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund: Cancellation for exchange or refund is only applicable for cancellation request under the conditions and grounds set in our Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund Policyfor pre-orders. If the customer opts to cancel his/her pre-order on his/her own will and/or the reason for cancellation, refund or exchange doesn't fall under the conditions and grounds set for pre-orders, any amount paid to ISEKAI will NOT be refunded.

Orders that contains both In-Stock and Pre-order Items (Mixed Cart)

If the cart contains both in-stock and pre-order items, ISEKAI will ship the order as one package on the furthest date (i.e., when the pre-order items arrive). We recommend you place separate orders for in-stock items and for pre-order items so that we can deliver in-stock items immediately. Pre-order items will be delivered once they arrive. Separate orders will incur separate delivery fees.

What can customer do if he/she wants the already available in stock item to be delivered without waiting for the pre-order items?
If the customer has paid all pre-orders at the same time and has paid only one shipping fee, the customer will have an option to request the delivery of the in stock item that arrived with no additional cost of shipping but for the succeeding pre-order item/s that will arrive, a separate shipping fee will now be incurred for the item/s to be delivered.

Multiple Pre-orders with the Same Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETA)

If the cart contains two or more pre-order items with the same ETA (e.g. March 2022), ISEKAI will ship the order as one package on the furthest day of arrival plus one day for processing (i.e., when one pre-order item arrive in our local warehouse on the 16th and the other arrive on the 24th, we will start processing delivery on the 25th).

Note: If any of the pre-ordered items, will be unprecedently delayed and a new ETA is set, take note that the delivery of the items will also be moved according to the item with the furthest ETA. The customer may opt to request to ship the item already available for dispatch but he/she will shoulder the delivery fee to be incurred. Please contact support for such request.

Multiple Pre-orders with the Different Estimated Time of Arrivals (ETA)

If the cart contains two or more pre-order items with different ETA (e.g one pre-order's ETA is May 2022 and the other is November 2022, ISEKAI will ship the order as one package on the furthest date (i.e., when the pre-order items arrive in our local warehouse). We recommend you place separate orders for pre-order items with different release dates and/or estimated time of arrival (ETA) so that we can deliver individual items immediately. Pre-order items will be delivered once they arrive. Separate orders will incur separate delivery fees.

What can customer do if he/she wants the already available pre-order item to be delivered without waiting for the other items?
If the customer has paid all pre-orders at the same time and has paid only one shipping fee, the customer will have an option to request the delivery of the first pre-order item that arrived with no additional cost of shipping but for the succeeding pre-order item/s that will arrive, a separate shipping fee will now be incurred for the item/s to be delivered.
