Do I need to register an account to make purchases on ISEKAI?

Yes, we require all customers to register an account before making any purchases for proper order tracking, account and delivery management, and customer service.

Who can create an ISEKAI account?

As of the time you are reading this, only residents of the Philippines can create an ISEKAI account as we are not yet offering overseas shipments.

How to create an ISEKAI account?

Note: We only allow one account per person. If you already have an existing account, please login using that account. If you happen to forgot your password, please use the Forgot Password feature.

Steps in Account Registration

1. Select the Account Icon on the homepage to login/sign-up.

2. On the log-in screen, select Register under the New Customer section to create an account.

3. Once in the account registration page, fill-up all fields and agree to our Terms of Service (ToS) and Privacy Policy. Make sure to read our it so that you know how we process and protect your data, and guide you on using the website.

4. Make a final review of your details before selecting the "Register" button. Login to your account afterwards.

Can I have more than one account?

Technically yes. However, you will miss reward points and benefits that we offer for each of our customer, especially the long-time and loyal customers. You can earn more loyalty points by just using one account when shopping.

I can't log into my account. What should I do?

If you are unable to login or access your account it may be due to the following reasons:

1. You entered an incorrect login information. Please use the forgot password feature is you think you entered an incorrect password. Please do take note that several incorrect login attempts will prevent your from logging in for some time.

2. You are having an intermittent internet connection issue or your internet provider is having problem accessing several sites.

3. Our website is undergoing maintenance at the time of logging in. Please make sure to read our maintenance schedule or updates.

4. Your account has been suspended or account was permanently deleted (due to owner's request).

If you do not know why you are unable to log into your account, please contact us via our Customer Care.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?

If you forgot your password due to your excessive anime binge-watching or manga reading, please use the Forgot Password feature in the login page.

If you also forgot your e-mail address to login, please contact our Customer Care and we might ask several identification documents as proof to recover your account.

I want to change the email address registered to my account. What should I do?

If you wish to change your registered e-mail address used on your account, please send a request using the inquiry form found on the Contact Us page. As always, we might ask several identification documents as proof to change your e-mail address.

I want to add a delivery address or change my default delivery address. What should I do?

If you wish to make any changes to your delivery address, you can do so by visiting your "My Account" page and select Addresses under Dashboard. From there, you can add, change or delete a delivery address, and select an address to make a default.

Can I ask to have my account closed?

Yes. In line with the Data Privacy Act, customers with their data on websites may request the administrators to permanently delete all information related to their account.

If you wish to permanently delete your account, please make a request using the inquiry form found on our Contact Us page.

However, it will not be possible to reopen the account in the future, but you may use same email to open a brand new account.

My account was suspended. I wonder why?

We have the rights to suspend one's account without prior notice either temporarily or permanently, if a breach was made or was due to the following:

a.) fraudulent or suspicious activity was detected on your account
b.) account contains falsified details that portrays non-existent people (anime characters, etc.) or impersonates another person
c.) account information already exists in our database
d.) other reasons that violates the Terms and Service, and other store policies of the website
