Are all items 100% genuine and authentic?

Yes, absolutely. We guarantee we sell genuine and authentic items only. We are authorized and recognized by our partners, distributors and brands we carry.

Do you accept international orders?

ISEKAI is currently in its beta testing phase. This means that for now we only accept orders within the Philippines.

What are the types of orders you offer?

We offer in stock orders, pre-orders, backorders, and request orders.

In Stock orders are orders for an item that is currently available in store and can be processed immediately for delivery.

Pre-orders are orders for an item that has not yet been made commercially available, with the understanding that it may be cancelled due to limited allocations and if confirmed, will be shipped at a later date.

(Coming in late March 2022) Backorders are orders for an item that are offered previously and are offered once again due to demand, available allocations, and re-runs. Backorders are treated as pre-orders as the only difference is that backorders are items that was already commercially available but was reoffered again for pre-orders.

(Coming in late April 2022) Request Orders are orders for an item that are not commercially available at the time of request or was already released commercially but is not currently offered by the store. This includes past and future volume releases of books, previous and upcoming releases of figures and other offerings that was already passed its order dates or will be offered in an unknown future date.

Is there a quantity limit on items that I can purchase?

Yes, we are implementing limitation in quantity on purchases.

For books, only a maximum of three (3) pieces for the same item (same title AND same volume #) is allowed. If the books are of the same title but with different volume numbers (e.g., My Hero Academia manga volumes 1, 2, 3) these will be considered as different items.

For non-books, customers are limited to two (2) pieces of the same item in one pre-order offering.

The item I want is out of stock. Will you restock?

For In Stock items, once they are sold out, we cannot guarantee a restock. However, customers can click the “NOTIFY ME” button on the product page to be notified when the item is restocked. Pre-ordered items will follow their specific rules as indicated in the Pre-order Policy and Procedure.

PRE-ORDER: Once I placed my pre-order, is it guaranteed that I will get the item?

Pre-order items are not guaranteed due to limited allocations from suppliers. If ISEKAI fails to procure the item, we will implement the Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund Policy for pre-orders.

Can I cancel my order?

First, please identify whether your type of order (in stock, pre-order, backorder or request order) as they have separate cancellation policies. Please refer to the In Stock Policy and Procedure, Pre-order Policy and Procedure, Backorder Policy and Procedure or Request Order Policy and Procedure depending on which is applicable to you and look for the Cancellation, Return, Exchange and Refund section.

Can I order 18+/Mature-rated items?

All items listed on the website have age ratings on the product description. By completing the transaction containing 18+/Mature-rated items, the customer is asked whether they agree to the Terms of Service including that they are at least 18 years of age or older to purchase such items.

Should 18+/Mature-rated items be sold to a minor under any circumstances, ISEKAI will not be liable for any consequences arising from the transaction.

Can I order items as a gift?

For the mean time, we do not have any gifting features on the website, but you can contact us for such requests. But please take not that such requests incurs a gifting service fee.

Do you allow special request orders/proxy buying services (i.e., items are not listed on the website but the customer would like to order them through ISEKAI)?

ISEKAI is currently in its Beta testing phase which means special order requests (Request Orders) are not yet available. If this changes, we will announce this on our official channels as soon as possible.
