What are the customer support hours?

You can send your support inquiries at any time since our website and Facebook page is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except during system maintenance, if any), but we will respond during business hours from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM Manila Time. Customer inquiries will be responded within 24 to 48 hours.
