Who are you and what is ISEKAI?

ISEKAI: The Anime and Hobby Store is the official retail store of Aniradioplus Inc., the first Japanese popular culture-focused company based in the Philippines that runs the widely-known digital news page Aniradioplus.

ISEKAI is a Japanese word which means "another world" in English. We took the word as the store's official name since our goal in the future, once our physical stores has been built, is to build a place where the customers can feel that they are in another world after entering the store and experience the Japanese pop culture like no other.

Are you a legitimate business?

Absolutely! Aniradioplus Inc. is a registered corporation in the Philippines that is allowed to conduct retail and services within the country. We hold legal documents and permits including the Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws, Certificate of Business Registration from the Security and Exchange Commission (SEC), Certificate of Tax Registration from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and business permit and documents from the local government unit (LGU).

Furthermore, we also have special permits and licenses such as Certificate of Book Seller/Importer Registration from the National Book Development Board (NBDB).

What is your edge among other stores offering pre-orders?

Since we are using air freight to transfer items from overseas to the Philippines, pre-order arrivals will only take >2 to 5 weeks* from the release date rather than using ocean freight which will take 3 to 4 months before the items arrive. *depending on several factors

We are also very serious with scalpers and other people taking advantage of pre-orders that’s why we do have a special system that monitors user’s purchase activity when using the website. We also have a pre-order limit per individual to avoid hoarding and scalping.

Apart from offering the hottest and the latest items for pre-order, we also cover underrated titles usually not found in the market.

Where is the ISEKAI store based?

Given the current pandemic situation in the Philippines, we are currently operating as a purely online business via our website. Our company headquarters is based in Makati City, however, this is not yet open to the public. Our “brick and mortar” store for the public will be postponed until further notice.

Do you accept international orders?

ISEKAI is currently in its beta testing phase. This means that for now we only accept orders within the Philippines.

What are the store and customer support hours?

Since ISEKAI is operating online, the website is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (except during system maintenance, if any). Customer inquiries will be answered within 24 to 48 hours.

Are all items in this store genuine and authentic?

Yes, absolutely. We guarantee we sell only genuine and authentic items. We are recognized by our partners, distributors and brands we carry.
