One issue that I encountered was late update of the payment status but i don't mind as long as i receive the item the same day.

It was delivered fast and the service was very approachable and accommodating. They contacted me for my address because it can't be found by the courier and gave me option to choose cheaper courier fee.
I only find it difficult or too many to answer while processing my order and it's payment. Maybe you can make other info be automatically saved like the address then put an option to change as needed.

This is my first transaction with Isekai and probably not the last. The overall process went smooth and I also got the item in good condition. Thank you!
